Introductory Offer: First Time Visitors Only - 90 minutes $70 (regularly $85)
Your first visit is important! The initial assessment consists of a one-on-one interview and usually takes about 30 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit. I follow this with a 60-minute session and a short follow-up assessment to keep communications open. Swedish Massage - 30 minutes $40; 60 minutes: $75; 90 minutes $110
A hands-on full body massage of medium pressure. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Note that 30 minute sessions can only address target areas needing immediate attention.
Add-on therapies:
Reiki will add a minimum of 30 minutes to a massage session - 90 minutes $100
Aromatherapy by use of Essential Oils (Massage w/custom pharmaceutical grade oils) - $10 for a single oil or $20 for a customized blend
All sessions include specialized music, chosen for the individual needs noted in the initial assessment.

Deep Tissue Massage - 60 minutes: $85; 90 minutes: $125
A firm-pressure therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage. Great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce any discomfort or pain.
Add-on therapies:
Reiki will add a minimum of 30 minutes to a massage session - 90 minutes $110

Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience.

Reflexology: Hands or Feet - 30 minutes: $40
This therapy treats the hands or feet in order to balance the whole body. In reflexology, the feet and hands are like mini-maps of the body's anatomy so any body system can be accessed and stimulated by massaging the corresponding areas.

Deluxe Foot Treatment - 30 minutes: $50
A soothing foot and calf massage utilizing reflexology points and slow stretching, finished with a warm mask and revitalizing rub. Wonderful for relieving everyday aches and soreness.
