Though I do appreciate the need for chaos, I am by nature an organized person who tends towards the tidy. Cara an Anama
Thunderbeat and I became friends on my journey to Egypt and still download information to each other to this day! We have played together in the Great Pyramid, entertained and taught locals and travelers on the Nile (she on drum, myself on the flute) and brought it back home to the desert of Sedona (where she currently lives). She has created some incredible music and is truly one of the most powerful drummers I know. If you ever get to Sedona, I would definitely take the time to attend one of her classes or concerts.

Kauilani Kahalekai is one those souls that I can hardly find words to describe. A native to Kaua'i, Kauilani is most often called upon by the local and federal government to Bless and offer prayers for new endeavors and then by island natives for spiritual and physical healing. She is an absolutely Amazing, Powerful Singer, a Healer (with a capital 'H') and someone that will make your hair stand on end when her voice opens to summon the island ancients, or her ancestors. Our friendship history involves extraordinary tellings that still prompt even those involved to shake the head in wonderment. I consider myself truly blessed that we call each other 'sister'. Belinda Fallon L.L.C. not only offers her services as a medical esthetician and spa owner, she also embodies the spirit of service for those that need what she offers. A nurse in her previous life, she puts her heart into her business (which she has been doing for over 20 years now) and encourages everyone to feel their very best. Believe me, that means alot when you are a burn victim or cancer patient needing 'something' to help you feel normal, or a guy needing help outside what the clinicians can offer.
These days, spa services are not always about pampering. Services like Belinda's are a tangible step, and something we can do to help keep ourselves healthy.
